Philadelphia International Medicine (PIM) Institute of Education recognizes the need for greater
exchange and sharing of information between physicians, hospital administrators, managed care plans and other international
healthcare professionals and organizations. The Institute of Education addresses this need by developing and implementing education
and training programs that link healthcare professionals across the globe to PIM’s network of internationally recognized university
medical schools and business schools in the Philadelphia area.
The Institute of Education’s diverse programs are all aimed at creating long-term relationships of sharing knowledge and supporting patient care and healthcare delivery. Offering the best in
healthcare education and utilizing the latest technology – including long-distance learning and telemedicine – we participate in

Our CME programs are designed to provide high-quality learning activities and informational exchange through video conferencing, enduring
materials and symposiums for international and affiliated physicians and healthcare professionals.
The Institute of Education assists physicians with participation in medical conferences, short- or long-term fellowships, seminars,
graduate medical education equivalent programs, and short- or long-term on-site observerships.
The Video Conference Series links premier hospitals and physicians around the world to form a global medical exchange. The series encourages
international medical exchange among physicians regarding new advances for diagnosis, treatment and management of disease.
The Institute of Education combines the resources available through the Greater Philadelphia region’s hospitals, medical schools
and university-based schools of business administration to offer unique learning experiences for international hospital administrators and other health care professionals.
